Birth Doula Support
We believe in the time-honored practice of supporting women from pregnancy, through birth and into motherhood. A Birth Doula (also known as a Labor Doula) supports a couple through pregnancy and birth. Our birth doulas act as a birth coach, advocate and are knowledgeable about the facets of labor as well as the medical or home birth environments. Birth doulas support the expectant mother and birth partner as they experience their unique journeys through pregnancy and birth. Set up a free consultation.

Bereavement Doula Support
When couples experience a loss event, whether it is a miscarriage, malformation, stillbirth, etc, it is important that they get help with their grief as soon as possible. When a stillbirth occurs, Michela Madison-Towne will come to the hospital or birth site at any hour of the day or night, as she would for any other birth, to meet with the parents and provide immediate help in dealing with the loss of their baby. She is able to assist couples in planning their baby's funeral in ways that will leave them with some sweet memories to balance the terrible sorrow. Additionally, she can be of help to parents who are "stuck" in the grieving process and unable to go on with the rest of their lives. Michela is caring and sensitive to the needs of grieving parents in various circumstances.
